We've watched it from the recruiter side for years, the way good candidates burn out three weeks into a search. The way roles close before the right people even hear they exist. Your current employer never sees this. Your resumes, your applications, your search history, they belong to you. We don't sell them, we don't train on them, we don't advertise around them.

The AI is a co-pilot, not an auto-pilot.

We will never auto-apply on your behalf. We will never invent experience you don't have. Tailoring is opt-in per job, and you approve every word before it's sent.

Pricing should be visible.

$45/month, cancel any time, no annual lock-in, no exit fees. If your employer sponsors it, you pay nothing. There's no fourteenth tier hidden behind a sales call.
