We watch the listings on your behalf, surface only the roles worth your time, tailor your resume to each one, and remove the eighty fields you'd otherwise re-type. The job board is the input. It does: read job descriptions, match them to your profile, flag gaps between your resume and the role, rewrite soft-skill language to align with the JD, and pre-fill standard application questions. It doesn't: invent experience you don't have, auto-apply on your behalf, or send anything you haven't approved. The AI is a co-pilot. Your judgment stays in the loop.
No. Your resumes, applications, and profile data are never used as training data, for our model, or anyone else's. They're not shared with any company unless you click apply. This is in our Terms; we'd rather lose a model gain than break that promise.

If yours did, you'll receive a code, redeem it at signup and your subscription is paid for as long as your employer sponsors. You can switch to the individual plan any time and keep your data; your former employer can't see your activity either way.
Your profile holds the standard application data: legal name, contact, work authorization, education, salary expectations, voluntary self-ID. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, only readable by you, and only sent to applications you submit. Voluntary self-ID is always optional and clearly labeled.
