Our story

SourcAI started the way a lot of recruiting tools don't: with recruiters.

After too many years rebuilding the same Boolean string on LinkedIn, copying candidates into a spreadsheet, and drafting outreach from a dog-eared template doc, we hit the wall every sourcer eventually hits. The tools we'd been handed weren't designed by people who'd lived the workflow. They were designed by people who'd only observed it.

So we started building the tool we actually wanted. One workspace for the whole cycle. AI that understood what a good candidate looks like, not just what keywords they had in their bio. Outreach that respected the candidate enough to sound human. And reporting that gave talent leaders the numbers they'd been building by hand.

We're early. We have a working product, and we're talking to teams who want to build with us. We still think of ourselves as recruiters first.

What we believe

A few things we won't compromise on.

Recruiters are craftspeople.

The best sourcing comes from judgment. AI is here to multiply judgment, not replace it. Every feature ships through that filter.

Your data is your data.

We will never use customer pipelines, messages, or candidates as training data. Not for our model, not for anyone's.

Pricing should be visible.

Enterprise software hides pricing because it wants leverage. We don't want leverage, we want happy customers who switch because the product earned it.

The team

A small team, on purpose.

We're a small founding team. You'll meet us by first name, not through a BDR. When you email us, one of us writes back, not a workflow with a reply-pattern-matched template.

We'll add real names, headshots, and LinkedIns to this page soon. For now, if you want to know who's building this, the fastest way is to drop us a line.

Or just say hi.

We're always happy to talk sourcing with recruiters who think about this stuff as much as we do.
